Each platform receives the event name idiomatic to that platform. GA4: `conversion` (event_category=`form_submit`). Google Ads: `conversion` (mapped to your Conversion ID/Label). Meta Pixel: `Lead`. GTM: a `dataLayer` push. Ad consoles recognize them as "Lead" or "Inquiry" directly.
Client-side firing is subject to ad blockers. Repoan also records form-completion data server-side, so for full coverage you can pair client-side tags with server-side measurement (GA4 Measurement Protocol via webhook). Custom implementation is possible.
Yes. There is a built-in option to redirect to any URL on submit. If your thank-you page already has GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or other conversion tags, no need to reconfigure inside Repoan. It's not exclusive with the Repoan-side tags — pick whichever pattern is easier to operate.
